Okay, so, we don’t have a problem with Philly4Change. Kind of a dorky scene, post-Kerry, but whatevs. They’re fighting the good fight so you and I can get totally jacked up on like 5 kinds of liquor at the Philebrity Halloween party on a Monday night, and all we have to do is then go read the blogs and act like we pay enough attention to local politics to know what the fuck they’re talking about. If anyone is truly lame here, it’s us, right? But we’re still gonna clown ‘em. What follows is an excerpt from a string of emails someone forwarded to us wherein the Philly4Change kids discuss the hows and wherefores of their new puppet show. That’s right, a puppet show.

***SO WHO WANTS TO BE ON THE PUPPET COMMITTEE?***† Any volunteers? Anybody else in Meetup you think would want to do this? Anybody crafty? I would like to suggest that we have a puppet-making skit-writing party. You can come over to my house and we can cut some socks. I am thinking this Saturday evening, Oct. 22. (Yes - my social life is such that I have nothing else better to do on a Saturday than make puppets.)
