Reminder: Inpatients Are Discouraged From Calling Talk Radio
Shortly after returning from a two-day, self-imposed, hospital stay, embattled City Councilman Rick Mariano called a friend.
On his radio show, that is.
“He sounded tired,” said Councilman Frank Rizzo, host of a Saturday afternoon talk show on WPEN (950-AM). “He didn’t sound like the Rick we all know.”
Reports are unconfirmed at press time whether or not Mariano believed himself to be talking with this guy.
