Oh, people, you know it’s true: The world’s absolute most sucktastic-est public transit system (SEPTA) is about to get, somehow, in some mind-bending way, suckier still. The gauntlet has been laid down: If the world’s surliest bus drivers and token-box-sitters don’t have their way, the whole kit and kaboodle shuts down at midnight on Mischeif Night. Which is a weird time to do anything other than run out and vandalize everything in sight. Maybe some multi-tasking was on their minds? Hmm…
