Readers Write: Everybody Do The Pretzel Dog
After we posted yesterday about our spotting of the pretzel dog, we were shocked and amazed at the amount of pretzel dog interest there was, and how helpful people wanted to be in spreading their own tales of pretzeldoggia. Among them:
? “You need to cover the ‘pretzel-rella,’ the pretzel covered mozzarella stick that they serev at Jons Boardwalk (on south street) - totally blows away a pretzel dog !” [Ed.: As IF, dude.]
? “further pretzel dog news: they’ve had pretzel dogs at the phila soft pretzel factory or whatever it’s called (it’s a chain) for a few months now, i think”
? “I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Pretzel Dogs at Annie’s are god awful.† I am happy to report, however, that those dispensed by the Dutch Eating Place in the Terminal Market are all that you want and more.”
