Daylin Leach: Still Not Funny, But Unfairly Screwed?
A couple of weeks back, Upper Merion state rep Daylin Leach suffered a media full nelson when the Inky blew his satirical blog, penned under the nom de funny Dutch Laroo, wide open. While unimpressable jaded types like us cackled at what a shitty Evening At The Improv gank he was doing, the soon-to-be-jobless over at the Inky howled at the sheer! horror! of his “pornography.” Like we say, we just thought it was dumb of him to make sex and race jokes that were so unfunny as to simply reflect badly. Today, Bruce Schimmel reveals that, like everything else in this fucking city, not even the Inky was on the up-and-up about just why they make hammer go boom on this goober.
The newspaper hates the state rep because he had the audacity to diss them ó several times and wickedly well ó in printed op-ed pieces and in political satire on his Web site.
Don’t let the door hit you in the ass, guys.
