Philebrity Pool Gang is a loose cabal of young citizens of the city of Philadelphia who are astounded at how awesome and under-attended this city’s public pools are. Especially at the adult swim. Well, actually, only at the adult swim. We don’t care about all the other times, because, you know, kids pee in there, and it takes the chlorine a few hours to take care of all that. Pool Gang doesn’t like kids, and it certainly does not like kid pee, but man, you know what Pool Gang loves? Swimmin’! We loved it so much, that we formed a gang. A gang that hits city pool adult swims once a week. The best gang possibly ever.
So. Here’s how it works:
1. Go sign up to be our MySpace buddy.
2. At noon on Thursdays, we’ll announce on Myspace which city pool adult swim the Philebrity Pool Gang is meeting later that day, from 5 to 7pm, right after work. (Bring your swimsuit and make sure it’s in accordance with city pool regulations: no cutoffs, etc.).
3. Meet up at the top secret location and cool off!
Think of it this way: If you’re not going to go out and get something out of those City Wage Tax dollars, we’re going to do it for you. Philebrity Pool Gang: Shhh, It’s A Secret.
