Seriously: There is STILL no signed contract for this Live 8 mess. Why? Honestly? Why why why why why.

So far Mayor Street has not detailed how much this endeavor will cost the city - given the services and Police and Fire departments overtime - but it appears Philly will shoulder much of the cost.
