Confidential To Local Media: Having A Fun Ride, Hmmm?

lynneAlright, someone has finally got to speak up: While we know that the death of police officer Paris Williams was lamentable for so very many reasons, and while we also know that these entitled, bullshit, puppet-phisting biotech protesters are emblematic of just about everything that’s wrong with the left these days, doesn’t it also seem like Lynne Abraham just has a major yen to lock up some sweet Canadian/stinky-lefto hide? For instance:

“Trust me, if there were evidence, I would charge homicide,” Abraham said. “There doesn’t appear to be any at this juncture.”

And:

Abraham said investigators did not have evidence at this point to justify a murder charge.

It’s an interesting gambit ó to frame the whole thing in such a light as to suggest the protesters “are going to get away with this,” when the fact remains that they didn’t really seem to do anything. But a gambit is still a gambit, and if Abraham is in fact using this whole sad spectacle as a political move to further prove how “tough” she is, well, she needn’t. The haircut says it all, babe.
