This week, City Paper asks a bartender who may or may not be related to William Penn (named Michael Penn, no less!) about his fears on Philly’s alleged impending real estate crash.
Next week, we’re thinking they might ask a guy who kinda looks like Alan Arkin about his opinion on the city wage tax.
