Philadelphia Deputy Controller Anthony McNeil is like so totally busted.
During both accidents, McNeil was carrying a passenger and claimed they were assisting him on city business when they weren’t, according to the charges filed, which allege McNeil was traveling from his home in New Jersey when the accidents occurred.
Wrecking the company car: Bad. Doing it again: Pretty bad. Living in New Jersey: Worse. Telling the police your whore is “on city business”: Priceless!
