Rush-to-Judgement Review: Grace
We’ve been to Grace a few times now, and for that reason alone, we must surmise that it has to be good — no one in their right mind treks all the way up to 23rd and South just to dawdle, dig? In any case, you also may not know that it has some of the nicest tin ceilings in town, a beer selection that is expansive but not snobby and a stereo system that rules with an iron fist — one of the rare joints in town where the bartender is pretty much the DJ, so you get lots of Wilco and Malkmus, which, you know, could be a hell of a lot worse. (I’m looking in your direction, M.O.I.) Also also, the menu features sausage. Five varieties of rich, succulent, long, hot sausage. Mmmm!
